Refund policy

• Products must be in original packaging and sealed.

• Partially used, opened, or damaged items cannot be returned.

• Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.

• We will send you return instructions and a shipping label (return shipping cost may apply).

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used, opened, or damaged perfumes.

• Products returned outside of the 30-day window.
