Returns & Refunds

This policy applies to orders from askarperfumes.com, operated by Askar LLC, doing business as Askar Perfumes.

Return window

30 days from the date of delivery.

Which items can be returned

Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes can't be returned.

How to start a return

Email support@askarperfumes.com or call +1 313-888-8840 with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Returns are sent to our address in Melvindale, Michigan, United States, so return postage is a domestic USPS rate. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

The customer pays the cost of return shipping for returns. If we sent the wrong item, we cover return shipping (see below). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the credit.

Damaged or incorrect items

Damaged or leaking on arrival: contact us at support@askarperfumes.com or +1 313-888-8840 within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos or video of the item and its packaging. You choose a replacement or a refund.

Wrong item sent: contact us at support@askarperfumes.com or +1 313-888-8840 with your order number. We will make it right and cover return shipping, at no cost to you.

Lost packages

If your package is lost or its tracking stops updating, contact us at support@askarperfumes.com or +1 313-888-8840 with your order number. You choose a reship or a refund.

Exchanges

We can exchange an item for a different perfume of the same price. To arrange an exchange, contact us at support@askarperfumes.com or +1 313-888-8840 with your order number.

Order cancellations

If you cancel your order before it ships, we refund your payment in full. To cancel, contact us at support@askarperfumes.com or +1 313-888-8840 with your order number.

Items that can't be returned

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products damaged while being returned to us
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
